Take a trip back in time along the delightful Strawberry Line through the Mendip Hills. The 2 1/2 mile line has one of the steepest gradients of a preserved line with a gradient of 1 in 56 which makes the steam engines work hard. We have a locoshed, museum, art gallery, shop, restaurant, video shows, and play area. Access for the disabled has been improved with a new ramp to the platform. Enjoy a meal travelling over the Mendip hills on one of our popular wine and dine trains or even hire it for your own celebration.
