A 15th century listed building popularly known as 'a black & white cottage' The Old House was originally buiult as a Hall House. Modernised in the mid 20th century the house retains its original features including a wealth of original oak beams and two most magnificent local sandstone inglenook fireplaces which were added in the early 16th century.
