Family run 38 luxury 4 star country cottages are nestled in 18 acres of gardens alongside the River Lynher between sandy beaches at Looe and the historic City of Plymouth.

Our flagship cottages boast 4 bedroom, one on ground level with a wet room opposite a 40 inch LCD screen home cinema systems, fabulous whirlpool baths and large patio doors opening onto a private terrace garden with BBQ - enabling you to make the most of those long summer evenings!

Our guests also enjoy complimentary leisure membership to nearby China Fleet Golf & Country Club. This includes free use of pool with flume, sauna, hot tub, steam room, racquet sports, excercise classes, fitness suite and reduced golf rates, food, beverage & spa treatments.

We are ideally situated on the Cornwall and Devon border, perfect for exploring the wonders of the West Country!
