Kingswood Cottage is a comfortable and well-equipped Grade II listed 16th century traditional semi-detached cottage lying in a country road just outside the village of Beckley, approx 8 miles from Rye. The location is within a conservation area steeped in English history.

The property accommodates up to eight people although smaller parties often book and enjoy the space. The cottage has four double bedrooms, master bedroom has a four poster bed, two bathrooms, Large lounge, dinning room and ³snug², study, Kitchen and utility room. Outside is a large fully enclosed lawned and private garden complete with summerhouse; childrenıs swing, Bar-b-que to the rear of house, ideal for families. The cottage is well positioned for the sandy beach at Camber Sands only 15 minutes away. Also many other places of interest and activity including the children's farm just outside Beckley village, Bodium Castle, steam train, Battle, and either Bewl water or Rye offers opportunities for a wide variety of watersports.
