Traditional attractive 16th century thatched pub serious about its cask beers and food. We serve a mixture of traditional and modern British food. Light bites are available in our bar and an a la carte menu and daily changing specials seven days per week in our non-smoking dining room. Sunday roasts are a speciality and a beautiful walled garden to be enjoyed in summer with an all weather al fresco dining area. A log fire and mulled wine with roasted chestnuts are a feature throughout the winter months. Beer festivals are held each spring and August bank holiday with BBQs, pig roasts and live music
