The Horseshoe Inn Restaurant is a pretty country pub and restaurant located in the delightful Cambridgeshire village Offord D'Arcy, easily accessible from the M11 and A1. Inspired by the cooking of Anton Edelman, Chef/owner Richard Kennedy uses only the freshest ingredients sourced from across East Anglia to create a frequently changing menu. Favourites include pan-seared foie gras with grapefruit onion compote and brioche toast, seared tuna with lemon and caper dressing and rack of lamb with truffle cream cabbage and Dauphinoise potatoes. The perfect destination for those looking to enjoy a special evening dinner, the Horseshoe also offers a luncheon, or 'light meals' menu which is suitable for everyone from Senior Citizens to children and includes wholesome sandwiches, steak and fresh fish.
