B and Bs in Inverness
It is the perfect base for sight-seeing to the coasts of North, East and West, all of them an easy day trip through some of the most beautiful and spectacular scenery of Scotland. Loch Ness, Skye and the Orkney Islands are all easily accessible for day excursions.
The B&B is formerly the manse for Daviot Church, and also the childhood home of the late author Alistair MacLean, who wrote several novels such as 'The Guns of Navarone' and 'Where Eagles Dare'.
Inverness, and the surrounding area, has much to offer in the way of sport facilities and entertainment for young and old alike. For example, cinema, theatre, swimming and leisure complex, shopping, ski-ing, golf and abundant fishing.
