St Joseph's College continues to develop curricular and extra curricular opportunities along with its facilities on its beautiful 56-acre parkland site. The recently opened La Sallian Centre, with its cyber café and specialist areas, focuses on small group teaching, including the Gifted and Talented. With the expansion of the performing arts, the next exciting development is a flexible performance space for music and drama together with an exhibition area for the visual arts. To complement the National Schools‚ Rugby Festival and the Annual Arts Festival, both hosted by the College, St Joseph‚s has initiated a week long Cricket Festival that mixes celebrity matches including the renowned Lashings World XI with a schools‚ Junior and Senior competition. St Joseph‚s prides itself on its pastoral care and the individual support and guidance it gives each child as he or she progresses through the school. This ethos, along with the pursuit of excellence, is reflected in all aspects of life at the College whether it is academic, sporting, cultural or spiritual.

The College recently announced a £1.5 million spend on new nursery, infant and junior school buildings. In addition to this six sixth form students have just won a National Heavy Lift Challenge competing against top universities from across the UK.
