Nestled against the wooded valley of Rozel in the parish of St Martin, Chateau La Chaire has been transformed from a private country house into a boutique hotel, providing exceptional levels of comfort and service. Full of character, the hotel has an oak-panelled fine dining restaurant, stylish bedrooms and extensive terraced woodlands, just a stone’s throw from Rozel Bay and only a 20 minute drive from St Helier.

The 12 individually styled bedrooms and 1 suite are all en-suite. Classic rooms tend to be on the second floor with larger Superior rooms on the first floor. Four poster and tester beds are features in many of the Superior rooms along with spa baths.

The 2 Rosettes La Chaire restaurant prides itself on creative dishes made from local fresh ingredients. A generous buffet style & cooked breakfast as well as light lunch and afternoon tea are also available. The Hotel's own pub, The Rozel Pub and Dining, is just two minute walk from the hotel. Serving high quality bar food, the pub is recommended by the Michelin Guide.
