A museum of farming and rural life in the area housed in basically 1831 buildings with some later additions and a much earlier timber barn. Many additional attractions including whole workshops from many crafts, large Crossley gas engine with producer gas plant, science and radio collection including full-size section of a Lancaster bomber fuselage with working electronics, extensive model railway layouts and other models,etc.

On open days there will be many other attractions from military vehicles, vintage vehicles, working stationary engines, racksaw, basket making, lace making, chair re-seating, steam engines, milling demonstrations, morris dancers, tractor & trailer rides, craft stalls and demonstrations etc.
