The hotel’s function room can cater for all types of meetings, conferences and functions for up to 150 people.

The hotel has been completely refurbished in 2009 and offers high standards of accommodation throughout. The thirty four en-suite rooms all have interactive plasma TV’s which offer up to 40 channels. Twelve rooms have balconies offering superb seaviews. The 2 AA Rosettes award winning restaurant, with its panoramic sunset views, continually wins recognition, including being named “Best Restaurant within a Hotel” in the Good Food Guernsey Awards. The Carte du Jour menu, which changes daily, offers diners a choice of fresh fish and shellfish caught within the bay itself, as well as a variety of meat dishes and vegetarian options.
