Fort Grey is located on the rocky west coast, near the infamous Hanois reefs-site of many historic shipwrecks. The small martello tower is situated on a rocky islet just offshore but connected by a stone causeway. It contains a museum about Guernsey shipwrecks, with many salvaged artefacts and related illustrations.
