The Nithsdale Hotel is a friendly family run hotel, situated on the A76 approx half way between Dumfries and Kilmarnock in the picturesque setting of Upper Nithsdale. The hotel has 12- ensuite rooms, public and lounge bars, function suite and restaurant serving traditional food all year round. We are pet friendly with ample private parking. We also have Wi-Fi, sky tv in selected rooms and a Laundry Service.
Sanquhar is a small town in Dumfries and Galloway. The town has its own 9 hole golf course and is well known for its salmon and trout fishing on the River Nith. Sanquhar is a popular tourist destination and boasts having the oldest existing post office in the world, we are situated on the main Southern Upland Way Walk and the town also has a Seasonal Museum.
