Still outwardly looking every inch a railway hotel in the grand tradition, this large and imposing pub in the shadow of Swindon railway station is now a vibrant bar and grill. Serving excellent drinks and substantial home-cooked food in a relaxed and comfortable environment, The GW is the perfect location for relaxing after work or enjoying a meal from the extensive menu. Our recently refurbished first floor bar can be taken over for up to 70 people for private functions. We can provide the catering and entertainment. The GW offers single, double and twin rooms. All are comfortably furnished with ensuites, TV's and tea/coffee making facilities. Our rates are fully inclusive and include a full english breakfast.
