The Property is situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac five minutes from the beach, harbour and town centre of Amble. The bungalow offers modern, cosy, self catering accommodation to a very high standard. The bungalow allows easy wheelchair access to all internal and external areas. The light and socket switches also accommodate wheelchair uses. The front garden of the property is laid to lawn and there is ample parking for four cars. There is also secure garage space. The rear garden has a large patio area and flower beds. There is garden furniture and a barbeque for visitors use. The bungalow's spacious lounge has two double sofas and two arm chairs. There is a flat screen television along with DVD/Video player. Videos are available for visitors use. The patio doors lead directly out into the back garden. The separate dining area has a dining table and six chairs. The dining room is open to the kitchen. The Kitchen is fitted with a range of modern kitchen units, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The kitchen has access to the large garage that houses the utility area, washing machine and dryer. There is a family bathroom accessed via the hall that has toilet, sink and bath with power shower over. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside cabinets and flat screen television.
