We produce top quality sausages from meat produced by our own herd of rare breed pigs.We breed the pigs ourselves and then rear the piglets slowly to produce tasty ,succulent pork. Our sausages include Cumberland,Lincolnshire,Pork and Apple and the ever popular Plain Pork to name a few. We would welcome enquiries from chefs, delis,hotels and b&b's. We would be pleased to bring you some samples and discuss prices with you.
