We are a specialist rare breeds butcher, accredited as the only one in the county. As well as named rare breeds of pork, lamb and beef, we sell free range, poultry, local game in season and have a wide delicatessen offering including our own made delicious pies and ready meals. We make our own prize-winning sausages and bacon. We often have mutton and veal available as well. Our meat is the best quality available anywhere, fully hung and carefully prepared to make every meal truly special.
