Good Points: Staff, service, convienience to town center, spotless, excellent breakfast, bar prices, comfort. One of the best independently run hotels we have stayed at and would definately stay there again.
General review: Would highly recommend booking this hotel if staying in Harrogate

Good Points: VALUE FOR MONEY. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFULLY RE-FURBISHED AND THE ROOMS WERE OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD
Bad Points: 2 ROOMS NOT READY. WE ALL PAID DIFFERENT PRICES AND MY DEPOSIT WASN'T TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT
