Good Points: hotel staff very friendly and helpful. clean and lovely hotel.
Bad Points: on the night we stayed the hotel fire alarm was activated. nobody rang are room plus alarm was very faint. my boyfriend is very deaf neither of us drink so when we realised that something was wrong we rang down to reception but there was no dialing tone on phone?? if it had been a real fire don't think we would have got out alive. so you need to review your fire safety policies asap.
General review: it was a nice hotel to stay in but i feel as a safety officer in my own job you comprised are safety and both me and my partner could have been killed if it had been a real fire.
