I am writing reviews for the first time, this firm has great drivers but the office staff seem to have no supervision and can treat customers any way they choose. This includes hanging up, delaying bookings, lying about manager being present, blocking complaints and general hostility to customers and drivers. I would particularly discourage elderly and disabled people as we are a low priority and can be left up to an hour in the rain while being continuously told 4 minutes. Being a regular customer who spends hundreds will still leave you without any customer service
