I took my son here for his birthday party last week, we had a brilliant day out. There were 10 8-9 year old boys, some toddlers and the parents. We found it very easy on entering the park, the receptionist was very efficient and welcoming. The boys were very well looked after, and the food was delicious. They had a healthy and vegetarian option for myself and some of the other parents which we thought was fantastic. We managed to do most of the park, the boys spent a good two hours in the HUGE indoor play area, whilst grandma and pops got lost in the meerkat maze!! We found it very easy to navigate using the park maps. They also loved the buffalo ride down in the usa adventure area. We thought the layout is really well done as we could keep our eyes on all of the children, letting them have their freedom, but restricting them to a "zone". Having toddlers with us, we thought that it would be difficult to entertain everyone, but there are toddler soft play areas next to all the indoor play equipment, so it was easy to be in control of the whole troop. We visited the animal farm which was interesting and educational. The children loved the new baby meerkats, especially stumpey-mo (he has a tiny tail) The boys were exhausted by the evening, and all begged to go back for there own birthdays, all in all a fantastic day out!!
