Good Points: Hotel staff service was outstanding!!!!. Even the bartender took care of getting us an extra pillow when he heard we would be requesting one. Arrived early before our room was ready and were served tea and biscuits while our luggage was delivered to the room. Great local restaurant recommendations. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Bad Points: None whatsoever. General review: The hotel castle theme is unique. Rooms were great and staff was more than attentive. We will highly recommend the hotel to our friends.
