Good Points: Friendly reception staff Bad Points: Don't book room 1. Room was over a bar which stayed open late and the bass from the music could be heard/felt resulting in difficulty sleeping. Also room was very small for a double and the door couldn't open fully because the wardrobe was behind it General review: I will be staying in Lemington Spa regularily and my intention of staying overnight was to have a good nights sleep before an intense working day. For this reason I will not use this hotel again.

Good Points: Beautiful room, very modern, and close to railway station. There is also parking near by. Staff helpful in helping me with directions. Bad Points: Room was up five lots of very steep stairs, noise from the street and rail bridge made sleeping difficult. Tuesday night is student night, so drunk students making noise into the early hours General review: A shame the hotel isn't in another location!
