We recently chose to stay at The Arches while attending a wedding in Brotton. We found our room tastefully decorated with antique furnishing and scrupulously clean with a modern on suite bathroom including shower. The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming and were happy to make the extra effort to ensure our stay was a pleasure. We found other guests at the time were equally happy with their rooms and service. The catering was equally impressive and again the staff could not be faulted, and special effort was made to cater for a family with young children which was over and above what one would have expected from even the most prestigious establishments.
