There was no welcome, they didn't even introduce us or tell us their names.
Shower broken and no apology for this so had to shower at local sports centre. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 1pm or when we came back later at 4pm.
Breakfast not even cooked, just cereal and toast.
Told to park outside the house and then received a £100 parking fine, no apology for this and no compensation offered. There is therefore no free parking which is advertised on the website.
Have complained since and have been fobbed off, and now no return to emails.
All in all, a terrible stay.
