I tried to ring the surgery yesterday only to find the switchboard turned off at 4:30pm, which i didnt realise. And have to say how very prompt as it was bang on 4:30!
being trying to get through this morning since 8am,and the lines are continually engaged! surely you should have a better system, i.e. at least put on hold and answer in order, or more lines!
