Abysmal service- I've used them twice and will never again. The first time, for Mother's Day, the flowers were late, in terrible condition, and never bloomed, plus my credit card was inconveniently charged weeks later. When my mother went in and asked for a replacement bunch, she was given short shrift by staff. The second time, after being assured that the flowers would arrive by 2p.m. same day (and having paid a premium for that) there was no sign of them by 5p.m. Unnacceptable standards.
