I was in Kettering on business for two days and was extremely ill with a chest infection. I obtained directions to a doctors surgery from a passer by and went to Dryland Surgery. The receptionist I spoke to was extremely efficient and friendly, realised that I was quite ill and booked me an immediate appointment with the practice nurse. The nurse in turn was extremely nice and efficient and I was back on the road with a prescription within half an hour. I am extremely grateful to these ladies for taking the time to help me.
