Called on 27/07/09 to book an appointment to see a nurse and was advised that the next available appointment was on 07/08/09. Then asked to book an appointment with a doctor and was told that I would have to call in the morning to get an appontment for this Thursday and that the appointment would have to be before 13.00 hrs as they closed at 1pm on a thursday. Then asked about out of hours for people who worked and could not take half days off to see a gp and was told the next appointment available was on 14 August. What sort of service is being provided here, abviously not one for people who work- absolutely appauling.
