Although I am not actually a patient at this surgery, thank goodness! I had to ring as I work as a receptionist for a GP and needed to request a summary for a previous patient. Receptionist very abrupt indeed, she gives the rest of us a bad name!!!!!!!!!!

Once you've past the receptionists entrance test. The actual G.P consultation is superb.
The receptionists however is completely the opposite. They have, on two occasions now, refused my children treatment, one who is 2 and the other who is 7, my youngest ended up in Hospital as a result. They wouldn't even allow me to have a telephone conversation with a G.P or pass a message for a G.P to contact me back.
