My husband and I have visited the Blossoms on many occasions over the years. The new owners offer very good value for money and because of this they are extremely busy. They do seem to be a little short of staff, But the staff they do have work ecxtremely hard. I found the food great the service efficient and the staff very pleasant and helpful. I am sure given time they will sort out their staffing problems.

On visiting the Blossoms, we were very disappointed with the service, it is only the second visit since you took over, having been a regular visitor there prior to that. I took my husband out for a meal there and although it had apparently been busy, the tables that had been left were still full of dirty plates, and when I went to the bar to order, that too had plenty of dirty glasses to the side on the bar top. There was also a long wait for food. I do understand about being busy, but there should be adequate staff to clear tables and serve food quickly. I would appreciate your response please. We frequent the Highcross which I think is one of your Pubs and had excellent service.
