Good Points: lovely gardens and surrounding area Bad Points: Burley Manor hotel was past its best. The furniture was worn, the grout in the bathroom tiles was black with mould, the sealant around the bath was stained, it needs completely redecorating and refurbishing. General review: The staff were friendly and helpful
