When in for lunch with my boys who are 11&9 and while waiting for a table decided to have a game of pool in the bar which was empty , when to put my money in and was told whose two (my boys)are not playing on it by a very grumpy man smoking a cigar (land lord ) when question why he said THATS a championship table and those two are not playing on it so we just turned around and walked out and sum where that is child friendly it's the worst expience ever had pub in east lothian would not recommend it to anyone

Can't really comment on the food as we arrived at 7.45pm and when we asked for a table for two were told by a very grumpy woman that her daughter had stopped serving to "do the bingo". No apology was offered. We run a Guest House and go out of our way for our customers. Given our experience, we will not be sending our guests to West Barns.
