I must say this was the most delicious meal we have ever had. We arrived to be greated by one of the helpful staff and shown to our table.our starters came within 10 mins and the main coure within 20 mins. The restaurant was full but nobody waited. i will definatly be back again and so will the people sitting next to us.Well done excellent

My family and myself visited the Copt Hill for a meal. I must say we had a wondeful meal, the service was 1st class. We met the host Lord Trev and he was very helpful and nice. The restaurant looks very stylish and the views are amazing. I must say the cracked crab and the lamb dish were fantastic. I recommend anyone to visit the Copt Hill restaurant and try the food.

Worst service ever, at 2.30 we arrived at the Copt Hill, after ordering drinks and our meal we waited and waited, and waited. We ordered a starter of bread olives and ham. After 50 minutes we asked the waitress if we had any chance of getting the starter (bear in mind it was bread olives and cold ham, no cooking involved). She said it would be a few seconds and we would be served. A waitress arrived almost 10 minutes later with 3 slices of bread, 8 olives and a few slices of ham, what a time consuming task that must be. We were told it wasnt her fault as the girl had not given her the order. Apparently the kitchen do not prepare this starter, it is done by the waitress. We decided to cancel the maincourse, as if it takes one hour to slice some bread, we would have waited until midnight for something that actually needed to be cooked.

I visited the copt hill on easter sunday for lunch with 5 other family members. I have to say that the food was excellent and for a three course meal plus coffee priced at £11.50 it is a steal and not to be missed. The staff were all very pleasant and curtious even though they were rushed off there feet, nothing was too much trouble. We asked if Bobby would sign a book and have a photo taken with us which he did, so thank you to him for that. So if you want good food at a good price visit the copt hill.
