WE STAYED AT THE THROCKMORTON ARMS FOR JUST ONE NIGHT ONLY. WE FOUND THIS HOTEL TO BE VERY WARM AND COSY. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. THIS HOTEL IS QUITE CLOSE TO ALCESTER TOWN/VILLAGE. THE BREAKFAST WAS FRESHLY PREPARED AND LOVELY AND HOT. THE STAFF WE VERY FRIENDLY AND THERE WAS ALSO AMPLE PARKING. WE DID NOT SAMPLE THE FOOD BUT THE MENU LOOKED VARIED. WE WERE ATTENDING A WEDDING VENUE FOR THE EVENING AND ONLY REQUIRED A HOTEL ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY. IF WE STAY IN THE STRATFORD AREA AGAIN WE WILL NOT HESITATE IN BOOKING ANOTHER ROOM HERE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES. THE HOTEL DESERVES THE 4 **** IT HAS BEEN AWARDED.
