Queued 25minutes to put in a food order.
Was not told of any wait on food...30minutes later had still not recieved our food. Asked a member of staff to see where it was and all he replied was that was over a 45minute wait on food. Waited another 20minutes and had still not arrived. Also the table next to us had recieved their food before us even though they had ordered afterards. Asked another member of staff where it was and he said it would be out in 2minutes. Another 10 minutes it arrived. A whole hour after we had ordered. All staff were extremely unhelpfull. Not one person apoligised for the delay.
