Good Points: We booked into cottage double room and found them decorated well with new bathroom suit with brilliant white soft towels. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly there was alovely atmosphere. Bad Points: Misunderstanding! It's probably just me but when I booked online for a group of us and entered my card details I thought I'd paid for the rooms. When my friends checked out they were asked if they would like to pay their bill, they were in a state of shock as they had already paid me.I was really embarrassed as I realized the mistake had been made by me.I now know that the card details were needed for confirmation only and no money actually left my account.Am I the only person to be this stupid? If I'm not the only one, maybe it could be explained when booking on line so people like me don't have to go through embarrassing moments!!! We all had a good laugh about it afterwards. General review: We had alovely weekend break found the hotel perfect for all our needs. We booked in to the restaurant for the evening meal and we all enjoyed it.
