Campsite in a lovely area & setting. Staff were hostile & rude towards us. We put music on in our caravan to listen while sat outside (not loud) and we told "THIS ISN'T BUTLINS!!" when a simple "could you please turn it down" would have been a nicer approach. When entering the on site shop to purchase something & to browse, I made a comment to my daughter they didn't have what she wanted & I got a response of "IT'S NOT TESCO YOU KNOW!!". And yet again, the ladies shower block was a shambles. For 2 days I had to have a FREEZING shower followed by the 3rd day of SCORCHING hot, no happy medium. This was our second & last visit to Hogsdown Farm
