I have had the pleasure of staying at the Highland Hotel on many occassions dating back some seven years. At these times I have brought my two small dogs and never ever had a complaint. Imagine my disappointment when waiting for you to re-open after re-furbishment I call to book only to be told you now have a no dogs policy.
Surely this cannot be ? I am therefore writing to ask that you consider every case in it`s own right.Our track record is excellent . My husband and I are responsible adults fully prepaired to take total responsibility.
As valued customers I am asking that you re-consider our situation.
We would very much like to come in the first instance before the holiday season gets into full swing. eg Friday 29th and Saturday 1st march 2008.. room 115 has special memories.
