Good Points: Beautifully decorated. Good situation with view of the garden. All necessities supplied i.e.hairdryer, kettle etc. Bad Points: Bathroom a little on the small side. General Review: We were delighted with the situation of the hotel - within easy walking distance of Montpelier and central Cheltenham (about 10 minutes stroll). I don't think this was particularly clear on the website. The welcome by the staff was delightful despite our arriving well before check in time laden with wedding outfits. All the staff were immensely helpful and charming and the breakfast was wonderful. We would certainly stay again if we needed an overnight stop in Cheltenham.

I liked this hotel because it was very clean and also nice breakfast area. I wish our room had a shower facility. There was an only bathtub. Again, I would like to be able to check hotel facilities.
