I was visiting the area for a friends wedding and booked in for 1 night as the hotel was recommended by a friend who is a local businessman. As the wedding was on Friday 12th in the morning. I decided to come in on the afternoon of the 11th Sept to say that I would be in late and get the combination for the hotel entrance. I was suprised to recieve the key to the room. Then when I checked out today I was informed that I would have to pay £90.00 as I had the room for 2 nights. I asked to speak to the manager who was most rude and told me to "Pay up and never come back" I went and called my friend who called her and I was then told that I had to pay £45.00. With this attitude of the staff and management and the general lack of hotel essential, including a guest info pack, I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Be warned!!

I got married at this hotel on 26th July 2008. We were treated like royalty. The staff were absolutly brilliant. All our guests really enjoyed theirselves. Can't thank everyone enough.
