Good Points: Friendly greeting, food and service ok. Bad Points: Room cold, bathroom cold. Had requested Honeymoon suite and bit of pamp etc as just married, this request was ignored totally. Expected proper Scottish breakfast. Very disappointed. General review: Bit cheesed off to say much good at mo, as we were cold in room and requests were not responded to.
