Havin found it difficult to loose weight and get fitter on my own, I felt the need to get professional help. Two Tone Fitness is a small studio who offered one to one personal training. I found this to be enjoyable and motivational as the trainers were skilled and friendly. I have started to loose weight and will continue to use Two Tone.
