Having been a member for 2 years must comment on the way the club has gone down hill in the evenings. The 2 receptionists cant even manage a grunt let alone a welcome when you arrive and as for trying to use the so called members lounge after 9.30 dont bother.Their will be no coffie and every cup in the place will be on the counter dirty while the 2 staff hang out at reception ignoring customers. And usally by 9.45 if no one is sat their the lights will be turned off . its such a shame as this used to be a class a club the steam room is usally full of loates shavin and making a noise and the changing rooms are grubby .
