A very grand looking building situated at one of end of eastbournes sea front set in nice grounds. although a little fashioned perhaps the service in this hotel fully lives up to its 5 star rating - it was impeccable. friendly and assured without being at all stuffy. I stay in a lot of uk hotels and the service here was the best by some measure. breakfast top quality too
