Review of Goring On Thames by Carol Macpherson on July 2nd, 2009
I have been looking at the Goring websites and am disappointed to find no mention of the history of the village, the Norman church, or The Miller of Mansfield. I would have thought that the interest this would generate would have been very worthwhile. Surely this is one thing Goring has over other more modern, often flashy, destinations? Please don't "modernise" too much!
