Triathlon (2.4mile swim, 112mile bike, 26.2mile run) 6.00am start
Registration & Expo from Wednesday 15th August; international sporting event with some 1,500 competitors from around the world taking part. The Castle hosts the lake swim and ‘transition’ stages, and is the main centre for the whole event activity, whilst the bike and run courses venture out through the Dorset countryside and Sherborne town.
Junior Duathlon Saturday 18th August; a chance for 8-14yr olds to fulfil their own ‘Ironman’ dreams.
