Charlie Brooker
- Favourite Briton.

Born in Reading, Berkshire
Born on 3rd of March 1971

Charlie Brooker’s career has taken in work across print, TV, radio and online outlets, a very contemporary portfolio that fittingly began with writing about the world of video games. His sharp wit and rapid (often profane) delivery made him a natural TV panel show member and talking head, work that has included Have I Got News for You, Screenwipe and You Have Been Watching. Arguably his greatest talent is as a scriptwriter, for comedic productions like Brass Eye, and most memorably for the sci-fi/horror drama series Black Mirror. Brooker married Konnie Huq in 2010.

Brit Quote:
I see music as one language. If one musical form eats its own tail, it dies. So it needs to be a mongrel, it needs to be hybridised. - Sting
