Born 1938 - Magician and television performer.
Made his television debut on Opportunity Knocks in 1970. Starred in his own stage show It’s Magic (1980-82). Presented his own television show, The Paul Daniels Magic Show, from 1979 to 1994. Hosted other television shows including Odd One Out, Every Second Counts, Wipeout and the children's television programme Wizbit. His popularity declined in the 1990s.
