1862 - 1936. Composer.

Studied at the Royal Academy of Music, London. Musical director of the Globe Theatre. Works include Merrie England (1902) and Tom Jones (1907) as well as a number of symphonies, chamber music, songs and the Welsh Rhapsody (1904).
